I want to let you know that our weight loss program isn't for everyone. It's only for people who will be dedicated to making a postive change in their lives, only for people who aren't willing to settle for less, and only for people who are dying to be in the best shape of their lives.
Our Oakland personal training program is not easy, it's not cheap, or a short term program. It's not only a financial commitment, but a commitment to our proven weight loss system. It typically takes a few months to lose a significant amount of weight. I month will not cut it.
