1) How much weight and inches should I expect to lose in 21 days? The last time we did this program, the average weight loss was 9-12lbs and 11 total inches.

2) Is this program just for women? Absolutely not, this program is for men also. Matter of fact we train tons of men and not just women.

3) Is this one on one training? No we rarely don’t do one on one training. We found that training in a group atmosphere is more motivating and that people tend to get faster results in a small group setting.

4) I haven’t worked out in years, will the program be designed for advanced, intermediate, or for beginners? Our 21 day rapid fat loss program is for everyone. No matter what fitness level or what kind of injuries you have, we will be able to modify and regress or progress the exercises accordingly for each individual.

5) Will there be a nutrition plan included with this program? Yes, there will be a nutrition program individualized for each person based on their fitness goals.

6)What times and days will this program be available? As of right now expect M-F between the hours of 5am-11am and 4pm-7pm & Sat. 8-10am.

7) How much will this program cost? Don’t worry this program won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Let’s just say that this program will cost you the average of what a cup of coffee would be.
