Hey everyone, this is Jenny Aguirre. I am here because I am doing a figure competition and I want to show you guys that no matter what goes on in life and no matter how busy you are, you can always do the things that you want to, whether it’s be in shape or do a competition like I am.

I’m here because I want you guys to go through what I go through everyday and see what a regular day looks like for me. I’m a mom, I’m a trainer, I’m a virtual coach, and I’m training for this competition and keeping myself in shape as well.

Right now, it is 4:42 in the morning and this is me freshly waking up still in my pajamas. I’m halfway done answering my clients food logs every morning. Between 4 and 5:30 in the morning, I answer these food logs.

This is just a little clip about the first step of my day. I’m pretty much in bed everyday at 9:30 or 10 at the latest. I’m up 7 days a week at 4 in the morning answering food logs until 5:30.

You’re going to see me all day today. I’m going to go through what a typical day is for me, whether I’m training for this competition or not. I still do the same things that I’m doing on a regular day. If I hadn’t decided to do this competition, I would still get up and go through the motions exactly like this.

As soon as I’m done with this, I’m going to go do my cardio. I’m going to show you guys my garage, show you my treadmill, and then I’m going to videotape it again so you can see that, then see what it looks like after I do my 4.5 mile run that I do pretty much every morning (between 4 and 5 miles).
