Video #2 Kim Kardashian Butt Workout

I hope you enjoyed the video #1 of the Kim Kardashian butt workout! In the last video we explained how to squat correctly using kettlebells.

In today’s workout involves a dumbell. This exercise is calleda “Plie squat or sumo squat”

This exercise is great for targeting your inner thighs, your hamstrings, and most importantly the butt.

First get yourself a dumbell and place it upright between your legs. It’s important to get a heavy enough dumbell. Make sure it is 3 times more than what you would normally lift.

This exercise will not be effective if the dumbell is too light.

1) Have your feet pointing outward at a angle and have your legs further than shoulder width apart.

2) When picking up the dumbell, have all your weight coming down through your heels.

3) When standing up, push up through your heels while squeezing your glutes and inner thighs at the end of the motion.

If your advance, stand on 2 boxes so that you can increase your range of motion throughout this exercise.

Remember to keep tension throughout the whole range of motion while squatting down and squatting back up.
