Part 2 Video Reveals How To Lose 2-3 POUNDS A Week East Bay

In video #2 I’m going to share with you how you can choose how much weight you want to lose using basic math. This simple math is really basic and anyone can use it and implement it into your fitness program east bay.

In video #1 I went over our basic formula on how to find how many calories you are burning. Today I’m going to show you how to lose 2-3 pounds of fat using simple math.

lose 2-3 pounds east bay

For example, Mrs. Jones weighs 238 pounds and wants to lose 60 pounds.

She burns 2,264 calories a day

Based on her RMR I would have her on a 1500 calories a day.

You would take her RMR 2,264-1500 calories to eat a day= 762 calories burned from nutrition. By adjusting her caloric intake she is losing 762 calories a day.

Mrs. Jones would eat her 1500 calorie meal plan 7 days a week. In 7 days x 762 calories burned a day= 5,534 calories a week from nutrition.

There is 3500 in 1 pound of fat

5,534/3500=2lbs lost per week.

Mrs. Jones would lose an average of 2 pounds per week, 8 pounds per month. Since she wants to lose 60 pounds, it will take her about 7-8 months to get down to her goal weight by losing an average of 2lbs per week.

You can adjust the calculations if you want to lose more than 2lbs per week, but I recommend doing it this way because you want to lose weight at a steady rate and not to fast.
