East Bay Weight Loss Workout Video

A couple of months ago, my wife and I made a workout video for people who want weight loss. The video is about 45-60 minutes long and has a lot of awesome workout circuits that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Unfortunately, we train so many people that we have been turning people away and have had to put them on a waiting list. We decided to create a workout video for those people that we couldn’t take on at this time.

We also have a lot of online clients who are unable to physically train with us in our studio and we wanted to make a program for them as well.

Last month, we tested out our weight loss workout video and 30 day meal plan with 15 participants. If you remember the program, it was called “The Aloha Diet.” We got some interesting feedback from those 15 participants.
