Video #3 Kim Kardashian Butt Workout

I hope you liked video#2 of Kim Kardashian Butt Workout. In the last video we discussed how to perform a plie or sumo squat correctly. In this video we will show you how to perform a lateral lunge.

The muscles used in the lateral lunge are the inner thighs, hamstrings, and butt. What makes this exercise unique and hard is that you will be targeting each butt cheek individually.

First you will want dumbells or kettlebells in each hand.

1) Start off by standing upright with both legs together while holding onto your dumbells.

2) Then slowly step to the right while squatting down on your right leg and keeping your left leg straight. ( you should feel a nice inner thigh stretch on the left leg.)

3) While your lunging on the right leg try to have your weight distributed on the right heel.

4) Then simply push off the right heel back to the standing position.

5) Alternate legs in between sets.

Perform this exercise 3-4 sets of 15-25 reps on each leg. This is a great exercise that will really target your hips and your butt cheeks.

This is also a great cardio workout as well. So if your looking to get a good cardio and resistance workout for the day, try doing this lateral lunge.
