Video #1 of Kim Kardashian Butt Workout

Over the next 2 weeks we will be creating a new workout video series called “The Kim Kardashian Butt Workout”

You see Kim’s butt is such a hot topic now a days that having a round and firm butt is in demand now. Just a couple years ago most women wanted to have a small butt.

Because the popularity of Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashians butt has made the majority of women want to have a curvy backside.

So what we decided to do was to come out with a few couple of exercises that will help you get the round and firm butt just like Kim Kardashian.

In this video Jenn demonstrates a front squat using kettlebells.

First, all you have to do is get a pair of kettlebells, place them near your chest and perform a squat.

1) When squatting make sure you have your feet shoulder width apart

2) Squat at 90 degrees while having your body weight on your heals

3) While standing up from the squat position, push through your heels while thrusting your hips forward and squeezing your butt cheeks together.

It’s very important that you activate your glutes at the end of the squat to make sure your butt cheeks are getting worked.
