Here's my best Fat Burning Cardio Workout

Hey okay, this is Jenn Aguirre. So basically I just got back from the gym as you can see my shirt. So two things I want you to emphasize are the sweat that’s right over here by my abs and my nice pretty shirt with “Fighting Spirit; the more you give, the more you get”. So the more you put into your workout, into your health and fitness the more you’re gonna get out of it; feeling great and everything else that comes to it. This shirt I got, from yet again, my Misfit Clothing.com M-I-S-F-I-T C-L-O-T-H-I-N-G I’m getting good at that because I say it almost every video.

But basically I got inspired, this always happens to me, I’m working out and all of a sudden I think about a new idea that I can bring to you guys. So the hill, I’m right in front of my house, the hill in front of my house is not very steep. But basically here’s just another at home workout ; if you’ve got a hill close to your house , if you’ve got a hill in front of your house,  something maybe a little bit steeper or maybe this will be fine for you. So basically what I’m gonna do is, I’m gonna run through a circuit of four basic exercises total body core, legs, chest, abs, shoulders, everything and then a little dynamicness.

So basiclally what I’m gonna have you guys do is run through about 30 reps of everything and then in between you’re gonna run downa hill and up a hill. So I’m gonna go through one round of it and you guys are gonna go through it 30, 40 minutes and push as hard as you possibly can so your rest is basically in between the little thing.

So, I’m gonna go ahead and get myself all tied up and I’m gonna get to my workout. Are you ready? I’m ready, ‘k. I’m gonna run down my hill (all quads) get to the top of the hill (hands here) 20, I’m not gonna go through 30 reps, soon as you’re done with that we’re gonna go to mountain climbers 30 on each side, soon a s you’re done with that, pushups, 30.

Standup, go back down the hill, do it again. That whole entire circuit; see how many times you can do it, try and beat your time so this workout can be something that you constantly do. Do it, see how many rounds you can do in 40 minutes and then try to beat the amount of rounds that you get in 40 minutes next time. So, I’m outta breath, I did just finish my workout, came home and did this again. So, I hope you liked it,go crazy, work hard, fighting spirit, and um, yeah that’s it. Go, go!  What are you doing? Thanks again, Jenn, for another simple, yet terrific workout for anybody. It reminds me of the effective simplicity of the grueling Army bootcamp physical training exercises I experienced in the Infantry. Keep up the good work, Drill Sergeant!
