Once you mix the Lana's egg whites and 1/4C of oatmeal how do you prepare that mixture?

Hi! Thanks for the video. Same question as Sabrina... and, also, you boil the chicken tenders on Sunday and then eat them as late as Friday? I have a really hard time eating that chicken even 24 hours after it was boiled. Maybe it's the turkey from Raley's that you're eating later in the week. Or egg whites?

Ok...so you mix the egg whites and oatmeal...then I put it in the microwave for 50secs..then take it out and mix it and then put it back in for another 30sec... and I do cook everything on sun and put it all in SEPERATE zip lock bags for the whole week.. It stays fresh bc its not being opened and closed in a tupperware. I do also seperate the turkey that I get from the deli...so its not slimy by the end of the week and I do make the oatmeal and eggs each night for the next day... I hope that helped...

Thanks Jenn! I have been eating 6 times a day- I am going to spread it out further and try your diet. I get up at 3am to go to the gym during the week- this will work well as I am starving after I get home at 5:30-6am. Thanks so much for sharing and thinking of me- I so appreciate it.

ok so you mix 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup low fat low sodium cottage cheese, 1/4 oatmeal and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract...blend and pancake it up...lol...
