Walnut Creek Health Club Owner Shows Airport Workout

Earlier this year Walnut Creek Health Club owner Jenn Aguirre went to a fitness convention in New York and had to take a 2 hour lay over in Utah.
So what she decided to do to pass the time was share with you a quick airport workout.
You can imagine all the funny looks she was getting from everyone. But if you know Jenn, she doesn't care what other people think. So she paid a random girl $20 bucks to video take this workout for you.

In this video Jenn shares how you can stay in shape while on vacation or while your on any business trip.
There is no excuse that you can't get in a great workout no matter how busy your day is.

- Side step push ups
- Mountain Climbers
- Prisoner Jump Squats
- Burpees
- Side Plank with a rotation
- Russian Twists
The best thing about this workout is that you can do this anywhere. You can do this on your lunch break in your office, a near by park, or in a hotel room.
