Walnut Creek Gym Shares How To Eat Healthy While On Vacation

Watch how this Walnut Creek Gym owner eats healthy while on vacation

Learning how to eat healthy is the biggest challenges when it comes to weight loss and staying fit. Especially when your on vacation or on the go.

Recently Jenn went to a fitness convention for a couple of days and she decided to video tape how she eats healthy while on the road.

This is what she does:

1) Go grocery shopping at a near by store to buy your healthy food and keep it in your hotel room's refrigerator.

2) Before leaving your hotel room for the day, make sure you pack your lunch for the day. This will prevent you from spending unneccesary money and eating junk food.

3) Bring some plastic bags and boxes to seperate your food so that you can create the right serving sizes to prevent from over eating.

By setting yourself up for success you will be able to:

  • Save money
  • Eat healthy
  • Maintain your weight
  • Metabolism is still going to increase
  • Blood sugar levels are good
  • Help with energy level for the whole day

So now that you know how to eat healthy while on vacation or when your out running errands...there should never be an excuse to not eat healthy.

I hope you liked this video and nutrition tips. If you need additional help with nutrition, I have a nutrition coaching program called "Aloha Weight Loss Formula"

So, I'm really interested in how to eat healthy while out of town, but your success in NYC was possible because you went to your Mom's and cooked. What about when you don't have access to a kitchen??

[thanks for the inspiration, btw, I just discovered you and I LOVE what I'm reading and seeing!]

@Hilary-Yes there is a way if you have access to a microwave in your hotel room and go to tupperware.com and buy a microwavable steamer and food shop when you get to your destination and steam everything when you get to your room. Most hotels will accomodate if you have special needs.I feel health is a special need and I hope that helped.
