[Month 2] Aloha Health & Fitness Weight Loss Challenge Update

Here's a quick update on T.Rae and Karina's weight loss. From the first month both women have lost a total of 69 POUNDS!
This first month they lost an average of 20 pounds and now their second month they are averaging about 15 pounds. So the progression is starting to slow down from the first month.
So this is what we are doing to make sure there body is not hitting a plateau.
- We are turning up the intensity with resistance training
- Increasing the duration and intensity of cardio training
- Limiting the amount of sugar and complex carbs in their daily nutrition plan
- And as an advanced tactic, I am allowing 1 cheat meal a week to make sure their metabolism is going at full throttle.
By altering their weight loss program, both T.Rae and Karina are on pace to achieving their target weight within the next 2-3 months.
