If you have ever HATED going to a crowded corporate gym, don't like cardio equipment because they are BORING, or just don't have time to go outside for a walk...

I created this at home cardio workout just for you.
The cool thing with this at home cardio workout is that you can do this anytime or anywhere you want and the best part is that you don't need to spend any money on equipment.
Here is your at home cardio workout:
1) Jump rope
2) Mountain climbers
3) Burpees
4) Jump squats
5) Prone jumping jacks
6) Russian Twists
I want you to consistently move for 20-45 minutes with all these movements. There are various ways to do this workout.
You can do this workouts in intervals. For example do each exercise for 45-60 seconds each. Complete each exercise and go onto the next until you have been moving for at least 20 minutes.
As you get stronger try to extend this workout to 30-45 minutes. A couple of weeks ago I opened up our virtual coaching program to a limited amount of people.
Well the response has been AWESOME and our virtual coaching clients are seeing AMAZING results.
This is what one of our online clients had to say
"Thank you so much Jenn for this program. I already lost 5 lbs. my first week implementing your nutrition program. The videos are awesome and your email response are so fast. Thank you for being my fitness coach!"

"I love your workout videos and and daily motivation. I've been going to the gym for years and I haven't been sore in such a long time. Since working out on your program I am finally starting to feel my workouts again and have already dropped 3lbs this week. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about this program. Keep up the great work!"
