Aloha Health & Fitness Weight Loss Challenge Month 1

 

Since the end of December I have been training 2 young women named T.Rae and Karina. Both women have over 100 pounds to lose for the upcoming year.

So I created our brand new "Aloha Health & Fitness Weight Loss Challenge" It's the my Ultimate Accountability Program.

So what I asked these two if I can document their weight loss progress for you. Both women were skeptical at first, but I told them that the #1 way to achieve any goal in life was accountability.

They are not just being accountable to themselves and to me, but accountable to you because you will be following their progress over the next 12 months.

Their 3 Tips For Weight Loss In Their First 30 Days:

1) Eat Clean

No matter how much you work out, it will never out perform a healthy clean nutrition plan. With our weight loss program both women were given a 30 day plan to jump start their metabolism and start burning body fat without the feeling of starvation.

2) Resistance Training 3 Days A Week

Your body must have lean muscle tissue in order to burn body fat. This is the primary way to increasing your metabolism. You can do this by lifting weights or your own body weight.

3) Moderate Cardio 4-5 Days A Week

Cardio is important to burning excess body fat. You can walk, run, jog, or whatever activity you like to do. But this is essential to weight loss with the combination of resistance training.

Congratulations to the two women who lost 40lbs in one month. I am sure results will vary from person to person.
