Train With Jenn.TV Workout Series Part 1

The last 5 months I have putting together a really cool program for you. It's a virtual training program where I get to train you from the comforts of your home.
The program is called "TrainWithJenn.TV"
I basically created membership site where I
- Program 12 months of workout routines for you
- Show you how to use basic dumbells and rubber tubing properly
- Healthy cooking modules
- Give you a grocery list
- And a meal plan
So today and for the next couple of weeks I will be showing you some sample workouts, cooking segments, and at home workout routines that you can do in the comforts from your home without ever stepping foot into one of those crowded health clubs.
At home workout cardio routine:
-Run up and down your down stairs for 2 minutes
-Backward bear crawls
-Bear Crawls down the stairs
-Burpees
-Push up & burpees
-Half burpees
-Split Jumps
