Meet Jenna, she is a full time college student who wanted to drop a few extra pounds.
Before Jenna started with her Pleasant Hill personal trainer, she tried to workout on her own. Now we all know how hard and demotivating that can be.
She did what most people do...She did crazy amounts of cardio, starving her body by not consuming enough calories, starting a fitness program like P90X and never finishing it, & not being held accountable to her fitness program.

Since she invested into our program, Jenna has lost 21 lbs., 6% body fat, & 13 inches in just 8 weeks.

Here's how Jenna got back into shape:
1) Changed her mindset-she started to think positive about herself and believed that she can do anything that put her mind too.
2) Got rid of all the negative people in her life-if you want to be successful you need to be around other like minded people. Get rid of all the people that suck the life out of you. You don't need them in your life trust me.
3) Took MASSIVE ACTION-there is no such thing as the perfect time. There is no better time to get in shape than right now. When Jenna came in her first day before her workout, she asked if she could sign up right away.
I knew she was serious about getting into shape because she was ready to get set up before her training even began.
In the short time I've known Jenna, she come 15 minutes early, trains 6 days a week, and stays an hour everyday to do cardio. No wonder why she has seen AWESOME results in such a quick period of time.
