I think there is a misconception about our fitness program. A lot of people think we only cater to women that want to lose weight.
This is not true. We also work with athletes and men who want to build muscle.
When I first met Jabier, he told me he wanted to get bigger, leaner, and more athletic.
In a very short amount of time Jabier gained 10lbs of lean muscle mass & dropped 5% bodyfat in just under 8 weeks.
