I think there is a misconception about our fitness program. A lot of people think we only cater to women that want to lose weight.

This is not true. We also work with athletes and men who want to build muscle.

When I first met Jabier, he told me he wanted to get bigger, leaner, and more athletic.

In a very short amount of time Jabier gained 10lbs of lean muscle mass & dropped 5% bodyfat in just under 8 weeks.

If you want to see the same results as Jabier...Then you must do the following things:
 
1) Be willing to listen-because most guys played high school football and read a couple of muscle and fitness magazines and think they know everything about weight lifting.
We can't help you if you are not willing to let us coach you through the whole process.
Jabier was able to increase his strength and grow faster because he didn't have an ego. He was willing to listen and learn from his strength conditioning coach.
 
2) Be Consistent-in order to develop a habit you need to do the same action at the same time for 10 days straight.
Because Jabier was consistent and never missed his workouts and followed our nutrition plan, he was able to see results faster than he would on his own.
 
3) Work hard-you have to be willing to get your butt kicked when you workout. Your body will never see any change unless you put it under constant stress.
If your not willing to work hard and have sore muscles every once in awhile, then don't be surprised when you don't see results.
Jabier did everything that his Hercules strength conditioning coach told him to do. He never complains and he works out with a smile.
 
4) Never say "I Can't!"-I hate it when people say the word "I Can't" if you want to get what you want out of life then you need to stop thinking negative about yourself.
 
We have a rule in our studio that we don't allow our clients to say the word "I Can't" and if they do they need to say 5 positive things about themselves.
 
5) Be A Massive Action Taker-I say this a lot to our clients that no matter how often you come to train or how much information you learn from us, that if you don't apply what you learned then you won't see any results.
Investing in our fitness program is the first step to achieving your goals, but taking massive action is what is going to get you the results you want.
