The other day someone walked into our fitness studio inquiring about our weight loss program. Usually when someone asks about our program we ask them these questions:

1) What are your fitness goals?

2) What made you decide now and not 6 months ago to get started on a fitness program?

I totally agree with all these statements. If your not committed to a workout program then you will never succeed. You must fully want to work hard and be willing to sacrifice a bit to get what you want out of life.

AWESOME post! I'm actually a business coach and my clients pay me a lot of money for me to mentor them. Are clientele is the same in the sense that all the coaching I do and all the advice I may give a client about making more money, doesn't do them any good if they don't work hard or apply what I teach them.  
 
 
 
Same thing goes with training clients, just because you are paying doesn't mean that your fitness goals will happen. You need to apply what you learn and be consistent with everything.  
 
At the end of the day you need to take responsibility for yourself because no one is going to get you to your goals except for yourself.

Great words! With anything you do--you get what you put into it. It's each individuals' responsibility to get to their desired goals. Someone can always be there to help you but in the end people need to look at themselves before looking at anyone else and learn to COMMIT!

I agree you must be able to apply what you learn to see the true investment of personal training. I think too many people point the finger at others and never analyze and look at themselves.  
 
If you want to be healthier and feel better about yourself. you definetly have to invest in your health. Too many people aren't willing to work hard. They just give up too quickly. Awesome post! Keep them coming.

Preach on!!! I totally agree that you get what you pay for. When you work hard for anything the pride of your accomplishment is exciting and you want to share it with everyone. Aloha Health and Fitness is the "real deal".
