How Erika Burned More Fat With Her Emeryville Personal Trainer

Besides resistance training, the easiest way to burn a ton of body fat is to do cardio training. Erika learned this sneaky fat burning technique from her Emeryville personal trainer that the best time of day to do cardio is right after resistance trainning and here's why...

your muscles are like a sponge

Your body's first source of energy is glycogen or sugar that is found in your muscles. Think of your muscles like a sponge filled with soap.

The more you squeeze the sponge, the more soap will foam out and then eventually the sponge will be dry.

Well it's the same with the sugar or glycogen found in your muscles. The more you contract your muscles during exercise the more you will deplete your muscles from it's primary source of energy.

When this happens, the second source of energy your body resorts too is stored bodyfat and this is where true weight loss begins.

So after you deplete your muscles from resistance training, you need to do cardio to burn the remaining calories and bodyfat from your body.

burn more fat and lose weight with cardio

This takes time to do, but it is a lot easier to do cardio when your glycogen depleted than doing resistance training.

In this video Erika learned from her Emeryville personal trainer that the best way to increase your weight loss is to increase your cardio endurance. When your able to increase your endurance and last longer, you will be able to exercise for longer periods of time and burn more fat.

Just follow this simple instructions from this video and you will be able to have better endurance and burn more fat.
