In this video blog post Erika shares with you how she picked her Emeryville personal trainer.
Before training at Aloha Health & Fitness, Erika was training with another trainer.
When she decided to invest her money with this trainer, she didn't do any research or interview what the trainer's game plan was going to be for her to lose weight.

Because their was no communication on either end, it was a horrible exerience for Erika. Her trainer was always late, never returned her messages or emails, cut her workout times in half, never pushed her during the workouts, and not listening to Erika's needs and wants.
In this video Erika shares the do's and don'ts on how to pick the right Emeryville personal trainer.
Here are her top advice to picking the right trainer:
1) Observe a trainer in session with their clients-You can tell a lot about a trainer the way they conduct themselves in session with their client. Do they look in tune witht the session? Is the interaction positive? These are all questions you should be asking yourself while watching a trainer's interaction with their client.
2) Sit down and find out what their game plan for you to lose weight-Go through the interview process with the trainer, find out what kind of credibility they have. Ask a lot of questions and find out what kind of game plan they have for you to achieving massive success.
3) Look at their testimonials of other clients-Take a look at their portfolio and before/after pics, and testimonials of clients. A good trainer will have hundreds of before and after pics and reviews of past and current clients. If the trainer your interviewing doesn't have portfolio of success stories, it's a big red flag.

4) Make sure your trainer is on time-nuff said! Huge sign that the trainer isn't taking your time seriously.
Remember before you pick a trainer, watch this video and go over these tips thoroughly before you invest your hard earn money on a personal trainer.
