Walnut Creek Bootcamp Shows How To Get A Flat Stomach

What a flatter stomach? Then checkout how this Walnut Creek Bootcamp instructor demonstrates how to have a stronger core and tight abs.

Get a flat stomach with this walnut creek bootcamp

The midsection is the most biggest problem area to get rid of. Getting a flat stomach is going to mainly come down to nutrition and cardio. Most of us hold majority of our fat cells in our stomach.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce this trouble area by doing 1,000 sit ups a day. It take a combination of proper nutrition, the right amount of cardio, and ab exercises.

So we decided to put together this flat tummy workout video for you.

1) Reverse crunches 3x25-50 reps

2) Full body crunch 2x25-50 reps (can be done with weight)

3) Double crunch 3x25-50 reps (can be done with weight)

5) Russian Twists 3x50 reps (can be done with weight)

Watch this video closely to see the regression and progression of each exercise. Again this core circuit can be done by anyone and at any fitness level.

Do this Walnut Creek Bootcamp flat tummy workout 3-4 days a week and in no time at all you will have a tighter and toned midsection.

Hey Jen - thanks for the great video, I will be sure to incorporate these moves into the workouts that I do at home!! I have a question.. I read some articles that say you should work abs every day, others say every other day, or just a couple of times a week. What do you recommend? Thanks!!!

@Tina you can train them everyday because you use your core everday when you eat, sit, stand up, pick up things, etc. It's not uncommon to overtrain them. When you train a muscle every so often the muscle will grow and get bigger, but if you want a muscle to get lean and toned you don't want it to recover so much and you want to train it as often as you can. Nutrition is the #1 key to seeing really nice define abs. If your not strict with your eating habits you won't see too much of a definition in your abs. Hope I answered your question.

Hi Jenn! Great video, very helpful! I to plan to incorporate your workout into my kettlebell routine. You mentioned defining your abs mostly with good eating habits and I made a promise to myself that I would no longer put anything unhealthy into my mouth until I could afford to. Do you reccomend a certain eating plan? I really need help wwith this because this time I want to succeed and I know proper diet is a big part of healthy weight loss success. Thanks!

Is there any kind of cardio circut you could reccomend?

Any type of cardio is great as long as you keep your heart rate around 150-170 bpm for at 45 minutes. This is the best way to keep yourself in fat burn mode.
