Beware Of Getting Ripped Off By Your Local East Bay Nutrition Store

Before you go out to your local east bay nutrition store like GNC or the Vitamen Shoppe watch this killer documentary called "Bigger, Faster, Stronger!"

It's a documentary about steroid use and supplements. Now I know most of you aren't taking steroids...But I found this documentary very interesting because this movie exposes the nutrition & supplement industry.

Here Are 3 Reasons Why You Need To Rent This Move:

1) You may have opened up a men & womens fitness magazine and admired all the beautiful models on these pages endorsing a fat burner or a weight loss pill.

Chances are these fitness models aren't even using these supplements. They are probably taking illegal performance enhancers to look the way they do.

In the movie there were two fitness models that admitted to never taking any supplements that they endorse in the magazine. They just getting paid to endorse the product.

2) Another shocking revelation that you will find in the movie is how photographers can make an overweight man look in shape by using computer technology.

These photographers openly admit that 97% of the before and after pictures you see in these fitness magazines are fake and are just there to extract money from the person reading the ad.

3) Most supplements now a days are approved by the FDA without proper examination of the product. The next time you look at the back of a bottle of your favorite supplement look for the word "proprietery blend" this is a fancy term for a bunch of ingredients that no one knows what it is. That's scary!

The movie shows a guy picking up day workers from Home Depot and hiring them to package his "proprietery blend." The ingredients, the bottle to package the product, and the help cost him per item about $5. And will probably try to sell the bottle for $75.

Because the supplement industry makes a ton of money the FDA doesn't want to bother with checking and examining every single supplement that hits the market.

As long as the product is making money, that's all that matters.

Hope you found this post very educational and informative. So before you go to your local east bay nutrition store like a GNC or Vitamen Shoppe remember to watch this documentary "Bigger, Faster, Stronger!"

Tell me what you think? Have you seen this movie? What do you think of the trailer?
