Female Fitness Trainer Workouts In An Airport East Bay

My good friend, female fitness trainer Shawna Kaminski and I were at the airport in Las Vegas waiting for our flights back home from our fitness conference.
Let me tell you it was a long weekend full of information that I can't wait to share with you. We learned a ton of new weight loss techniques and workout programs that I am going to implement right away as soon as I get home.
While waiting for our flights back home Shawna and I thought it would be cool to video tape and demonstrate how you can have an awesome workout at the airport.
Just because you travel or on vacation, doesn't mean you can't get a good workout in.
Here is what the airport workout looks like east bay:
- Squat jumps
- push ups
- burpee/jump squat
- mountain climbers
You can perform these exercises timed or you do them in repitition. Make sure you do each exercise consecutively without any breaks so that you can burn that most calories in the shortest amount of time.
