Womens Fat Loss Expert Shows How To Burn Fat In 30 Minutes East Bay

A couple months ago, Shawna and I were at a fitness conference together in Las Vegas. These conferences that we go to are extremely long and exhausting. All day long we learn new techniques that will get our clients in the best shape possible in the shortest amount of time.
After a long day of sitting in seminars I was able to sneak a quick workout in before hanging out at pool side. While I was working out, I saw women's fat loss expert Shawna Kaminski training in the corner of our hotel gym.
I asked her if she wouldn't mind me video taping her workout. So she kind enough to let me put this quick video of her up on this blog to show you how a women over 40 years old should train.
Here's the workout routine she performs in the video:
- DB deadlift/burpee
- Plie Squat
- Push-Ups
- Reverse Lunge
- DB lateral raises
Perform each exercise 3x25 reps. Do all these exercises for 3-5 sets around. This full body workout should only take you 30 minutes long east bay.
This is a great routine to do especially if you are pressed for time.
