Female Personal Trainer Demonstrates At Home Workout East Bay

Today I want to introduce to you my good friend and colleague Shawna Kaminski. Shawna is a female personal trainer and owns a womens only fitness bootcamp business in Canada.
Shawna has been a female personal trainer for many years and is known in my industry as the Fat Loss Expert For Women Over 40. Over the next couple of weeks as a favor to me, she will be sharing some of her weight loss and fitness tips and routines with you."
She is highly sought out in Canada for her knowledge on fitness. So I consider myself lucky for having her take the time and share her weight loss techniques with us.
In this video Shawna will demonstrate how to get in a great workout with little room or a small space east bay.
Here are the exercises she demonstrates:
- Squat
- Push-ups
- Lunges
- Push-ups with a pull up
- Stationary Sprint
Each exercise should be performed 30 seconds each for 3-5 sets. Your rest period for each set should only last 30 seconds.
Again you don't need much room to perform these exercises. You can see in the video Shawna is out of breath so this is a great workout that you can do inside your home, at the park, or inside your office during your lunch break to burn a few calories.
