Meet Monina, she has been working with her El Sobrante Personal Trainer for sometime now to get in the best shape ever before her birthday.
Over the past few months Mo has lost 21 pounds, 20 total inches, and 6% bodyfat. I am so proud of Mo that I felt it was appropriate to show off her new body to you today.
This is how she did it:
1) She combined bodyweighted exercises with resistance training.
2) Combined plyomentric training with running 45 minutes everyday.
3) A lot of functional, kettle bell, and suspension training
4) Following her customized nutrition plan.
And the most important quality of is that she took action and invested in herself and her health.
Mo realizes that the weight won't come off by itself and that she had to take massive action for her weight loss goals to become a reality.
