I really hope I don't offend any of you with this video, but we wanted to share with you my wife's secret on how she has such a round fitness butt. Jenn gets tons of compliments & questions on how she has such a round butt.
So we wanted to share with you today on how to train to get the butt you always wanted.

Here are the top exercises that are guaranteed to get you the tight & round butt you always wanted:
1) Squats 3x25
2) Jump Squats 3x25
3) Lunges 3x25
4) Single Leg curl 3x25
5) Leg Curls with both legs 3x25
6) Bridges 3x25
Follow along with this video and do each exercise for 3 sets of 25 reps. You can superset all 6 exercises together all at once or you can perform each exercise one at a time.
