New East Bay Weight Loss Diet

I have a special weight loss diet for you east bay. It's called the Alpo Diet...If you haven't heard of it that's ok because it's brand new and I just learned about it today.

I'm actually made this video blog from Chino Hills in Southern California. I'm attending a mastermind group with the top fitness professionals in North America.

We discuss the most latest cutting edge weight loss techniques that are currently working and we share our trade secrets with each other. During the trip we learned about the Alpo Diet.

One of my colleagues shared with us a technique that will help our clients achieve their goals quickly by using this Alpo Diet.

Here's how it goes:

1) First if you have a weight loss goal and want to accomplish it in a certain amount of time then cut your time in half. In other words, if you want to lose 50 lbs. and was giving yourself 8 months to achieve, then cut your time in half and accomplish it in 4 months.

The reason being is so that you created a timeline that has to be accomplished in a shorter amount of time to create urgency. Urgency will help you not to procrastinate.

2) Secondly you must tell 20 of your closet friends, family, and co-workers about your weight loss goal and the amount of time you need to achieve it. This will help you accomplish your goals because you have 20 people keeping you accountable.

We all want to "walk the walk, and talk the talk" so by telling your inner circle your goals and your timeline, will help you stay on track. We all need some sort of social committment.

3) Third, if you don't achieve your goal in the timeline you told your friends, family, and co-workers, then you must eat the Alpo Diet as in Alpo Dogfood. This diet isn't for everyone, but it is effective.

Basically you eat the dog food in front of your closet 20 friends, family, and co-workers. This is completely disgusting but it works because of committment and consistency.

Tell me what you think, do you think the Alpo Diet will work for you?

I'd go with the "Wellness" canned foods. Haven't you heard about the 4-D's that go into your pet's food? Diseased, disabled, dying, and dead animals.

However, I love the idea and sounds like a one you can't fail!
