Today I'm going to reveal to you 3 simple tricks I learned on how to achieve success east bay. Here's how to reach your goals while staying motivated:
1) Write down your goals. The trick to achieving your goals is to write them down on a sheet of paper that you can see everyday. A great place where I keep my list of goals is in my office in front of the computer, in the bathroom so that I can look at it as I am getting ready for work, and in my car so that I can look and think about them while I drive.
It's very important to keep your goals in sight everyday so that you can start to working towards achieving them on a daily basis.
2) Reward yourself when you achieve a short term goal. In order to reach a big goal make daily, weekley, and monthly goals that are realistic to hit. For example, when I reach my weekley goal I like to go to the bookstore and read. That's my reward for myself. So each time I work and achieve my goal I reward myself with something I like to do. In this case I treat myself to go and read.
3) When you don't reach your daily, weekly, or monthly goal punish yourself. This is the most important of all three in my opinion because this is one technique that really works. In my case I hate running and can't stand doing cardio, but each time I fail at reaching my weekly goal, I run the refugio valley trail in Hercules. I think it's 3-4 miles long.
So if you want to lose weight, take notes on how you are going to achieve that end result. After taking notes, write down a list of actions you must do to reach that end result on a daily basis and weekley basis.
When you reach your daily and weekely goals reward yourself. And if you don't reach your goals find an activity you hate doing to punish yourself.
I hope you found my technique useful. Please leave a comment below to let me know how you like to reward yourself for accomplishing something. Also let me know how your going to punish yourself if you don't reach your goals.
