Why You Need Protein To Lose Weight East Bay

This was very interesting. I would never have thought you should take a protein shake at night before bed. It's also very quick and easy to make, which is great. Thanks for the info.

Thanx for all the information you share. Is there a particular type of protein you should use and how much of it should you use. I have a whey protein powder and it has about 26g/ scoop. Is that too much to use when trying to loose weight? How can you make the shake taste better? Thanx for you help with these questions.

@Dee just use 1 scoop, it depends what brand and what the caloric value is. Not all protein shakes are created equal. YOu can add fruit to your shakes to make it taste better. We are currently working with a supplement company right now so we will keep everyone updated when we will launch this brand new supplement.
