If you want weight loss, learn this simple equation east bay. This equation I'm going to share with you is our secret formula for helping our clients lose weight.
This equation is our "Resting Metabolic Rate Formula" better known as RMR. RMR is a term used to describe how fast your metabolism is functioning. Once you figure out how fast your burning calories, you will be able to know exactly how many calories you should be intaking a day in order to lose weight. Below is the formula:
Example: Take your weight in pounds and multiply it by your bodyfat percentage
Mrs. Jones weighs 238 and has a 31% bodyfat percentage
238x.31= 73 lbs of fat
238-73lbs of fat= 164 lbs of muscle
164 lbs of muscle / 2.205 (30.4)= 2,264 calories burned a day
Figuring out how fast your burning calories is totally easy to do and the only thing you need is to figure out is your bodyfat percentage. Once you figure out this number you will be able to know exactly how many calories you need to intake a day in order to lose weight east bay.
