East Bay Weight Loss Workout Video

 

A couple of months ago, my wife and I made a workout video for people who want weight loss. The video is about 45-60 minutes long and has a lot of awesome workout circuits that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

Unfortunately, we train so many people that we have been turning people away and have had to put them on a waiting list. We decided to create a workout video for those people that we couldn't take on at this time.

We also have a lot of online clients who are unable to physically train with us in our studio and we wanted to make a program for them as well.

Last month, we tested out our weight loss workout video and 30 day meal plan with 15 participants. If you remember the program, it was called "The Aloha Diet." We got some interesting feedback from those 15 participants.

Thanks for sharing. I felt like I was in the gym with Jen. The moves are very doable at home and I will get a good burn from them. Do you have longer workout videos for sale now for those who are not able to make it to the gym? I would really like to purchase one if you do.

I am so impressed with Deb's ability... thought I was doing hard exercises but she makes it look really easy. Gonna try some of them myself. And Jen is an awesome trainer.

Its tough, but in time I hope to get better at it. Great video thank you for sharing. wanted to start with Jen but I rolled my ankle and tore some tendons, So until healed I think this will help,, thank you, Eric

This was a wonderful video! It makes you want to work out and tell yourself there's no excuse for not working out. Everything that was shown can be done in the comfort of your own home which is great.
