Tone Up Quickly With This East Bay Kettlebell Exercise

Here is another East Bay kettlebell exercise that we use to tone up our clients quickly. This exercise Jenn is demonstrating above is called a Halo.
The way we demonstrate this kettlebell exercise is by it being done in the squat position. While staying in a static squat position, engage your core and rotate the kettle bell clockwise and counter clockwise around your head.
The Halo can be done in a static squat or in a standing position depending how strong and advanced you are.
This kettlebell exercise not only targets your core muscles, but also your shoulders. The Halo exercise is great for warming up and building up the stability muscles in the joint capsule of the shoulder.
The Halo is a great way to warm up before beginning a kettlebell workout.
