Plyometric Training Burns More Fat Than Traditional Exercise East Bay

Plyometric training, in my opinion, is the best way to increase strength, endurance, speed, and agility. But most importantly, it promotes weight loss. Plyometric training focuses on training your muscles to contract with quickness and power.
The reason why plyometric training promotes weight loss at a much higher frequency than traditional training is due to the combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercises.
Anaerobic is when oxygen in the muscles is used up quickly while performing an exercise.
These means that while doing resistance training your body is using a lot of oxygen and running out due to the size of the muscle being worked.
Aerobic is when oxygen is being used during exercise, such as running, jogging, hiking, etc.
Combining these two styles of workouts will increase your metabolism which will make you burn fat quickly. Combining anaerobic and aerobic exercises together will save you time, increase endurance, promoting lean muscle, and weight loss.
Traditional exercise doesn't challenge your muscles or cardiovascular system as much or as quickly as plyometric training.
If you can't do all the jumping and speed exercises demonstrated in this video, do bodyweighted exercises instead. Bodyweighted exercises are just as good as plyometric training and will also promote weight loss at a faster rate than traditional weight training.
I'd love to hear your comments and questions below about plyometric training.
