Today my wife and I have a special treat for you. Next door to our personal training studio is a local East Bay Chinese restaurant called "Dragon Terrace" located in Hercules. Throughout the day we can smell the aroma of the Chinese food being cooked. All of our clients always ask us if there is any healthy food options to eat at a Chinese restaurant.
We decided to partner up with Eric, who is the owner of Dragon Terrace, to put together a healthy menu for the city of Hercules and our clients.

-Cold salad with steamed chicken

-Steamed vegetables with white meat chicken
-Steamed tofu with shrimp paste
-Brown rice
Most Chinese restaurants in the East Bay will be able to accommodate these special orders for you even though it may not be on the menu.
