Toni has been training at Aloha Health & Fitness for 5 months now and has seen tremendous results since committing herself to our weight loss program. Her starting weight was 198 lbs. and her goal weight was to be 150 lbs.

Top 10 tips:
- Listen to motivational tapes to get your day started in the right direction.
- Making a food log so that you can be aware of how many calories your body is taking in.
- Always having bottle water in the car or at your office to make sure you are staying hydrated.
- If you have to stop at a fast food restaurant order the chicken breast sandwich. (Every junk food chain has this on the menu)
- Eat before you go to a party so that you aren't snacking on junk.
- Egg whites and cottage cheese is a great snack to have when I'm hungry.
- When I'm around people drinking alcohol, I get sparkling water and mix it with lime.
- When out to dinner I order coffee or tea for my desert.
- Get your family involved in health & fitness. I recently got my husband to start exercising and eating healthier. It's a lot easier to lose the weight when you have that kind of support from your family.
- Invest in your health & hire a personal trainer. I couldn't lose the weight on my own so I hired a trainer. It was the best investment that I could ever do for myself and you should, too.
