Pinole Boot Camp Is A Great Alternative Than Going To The Gym

Local Pinole fitness trainers Christian &Jenn hold a Pinole boot camp for local residents every Saturday morning between the hours of 8am-10am.
If you are new to this blog I try to give a lot of different alternatives to exercise for
our subscribers. I've given free workout programs on how to properly use kettle bells, TRX, core, & various stability ball exercises.
Another great alternative to your current workout program is finding a local east bay boot camp. Boot camps are a great alternative to working out in a gym. Some of the benefits of joining a east bay boot camp are:
- that they are affordable (usually a 1/3 of what one on one training costs)
- get to meet other people who are into fitness or have the same goal as you
- doing different & fun exercises that you normally can't do in a standard health club.

If your like me I hate working out in a traditional gym. I think it's boring to sit on a machine and do a couple of reps. There is no dynamic training at all using any selectorized equipment. This is the reason why I believe people get demotivated and quit their current workout program.
The best way to see results is to be in a motivating enviroment with other people who will push you, to constantly change up your exercise routine, & to do a workout program that incorporates resistance/cardio training at the same time. Our Pinole boot camp is your solution.
