However, there are definitely ways to fine tune your fitness plan so it is more effective and so you can lose weight quickly. 1. Eat Breakfast
Don't skip breakfast...EVER! I hear it all too often "But I'm just not hungry". Well duh, you're body is not used to eating in the morning, but don't use that as an excuse. Eating in the morning kick starts your metabolism by 25%. You can burn more calories and avoid overeating later in the day. Plus, it gives you lots of energy to help you stay alert and focused at work. So get up and enjoy some whole grain toast with peanut butter, a scrambled egg wrap, or a protein shake. If you have a hard time eating that early, start with a few bites and gradually over time you find yourself waking up hungry and ready to eat.

2. Strength Train
If you're not including strength training in your weight loss program, then you're making a big mistake. If you're not sure what to do then hire a personal trainer who can get you started on the right path. Strength training builds muscle, which not only gives you a sexy, lean and toned look, but also burns fat because it increases your metabolism. Your body uses more calories to maintain muscle than it does fat!

3. Interval Training
Lastly if you're used to doing your regular, slow paced cardio for an hour on the elliptical or treadmill then try something new: interval training. Interval training will definitely promotes weight loss and save you time because you'll be working harder, thus burning more calories in a shorter amount of time. You'll also be challenging your body in new ways that will help you to avoid a plateau.
