How Aloha Health & Fitness Helped Toni Lose 42 Pounds!

  • Listen to motivational tapes to get your day started in the right direction.
  • Making a food log so that you can be aware of how many calories your body is taking in.
  • Always having bottle water in the car or at your office to make sure you are staying hydrated.
  • If you have to stop at a fast food restaurant order the chicken breast sandwich. (Every junk food chain has this on the menu)
  • Eat before you go to a party so that you aren't snacking on junk.
  • Egg whites and cottage cheese is a great snack to have when I'm hungry.
  • When I'm around people drinking alcohol, I get sparkling water and mix it with lime.
  • When out to dinner I order coffee or tea for my desert.
  • Get your family involved in health & fitness. I recently got my husband to start exercising and eating healthier. It's a lot easier to lose the weight when you have that kind of support from your family.
  • Invest in your health & hire a personal trainer. I couldn't lose the weight on my own so I hired a trainer. It was the best investment that I could ever do for myself and you should, too.
